Why are vocal performances priced differently?
As of April 2025 all vocal performances such as Musical Theatre, Vocal, Pop Song, Stage etc will carry an extra charge of £5 due to the extra work involved in recording and processing the audio - please click here for full details
Why won't my USB work on my TV?
Our USB’s are formatted to the exFAT standard as this allows the large file size of a high quality show video.
They are intended as a storage medium or for use on a computer
Most TV’s only support FAT32 however this only allows for small files which means that it won't work for a full show.
If you have a computer, we would recommend either casting it to your TV or play via HDMI
If you have a smart TV with good internet connection, you can install the MEDIAZILLA app and we can send a link to create a free account where you can watch it via the app
